The Deluxe Food Company was founded on July 30, 1996 in Riga, Latvia.
The firm specializes in production of salmon roe caviar.
Caviar is packed in various types of packaging: glass jars, tin cans, plastic containers of various volumes with vacuum sealing.
All products have certificate of conformity.
The area occupied by the company facilities is divided into production zone, warehouse and living quarters. Totalareaamountsto 1200 sq. m.
Entrance to the production facilities is equipped with the sanitary entrance control.
The company has veterinary certificate, sanitary-and-epidemiologic permission for production of salmon roe caviar, and building sanitary passport.
Euro Commission in 2000 has awarded the Deluxe Food Company a European factory number 86D.

Caviar is one of the delicacies we are used to. After the limitations to fishing sturgeon have come into effect and legal sturgeon roe caviar was gone from the store counters, demand for salmon roe caviar has grown.
